Podcasting was not the media monster that it is now and sensing that, Que took it to another level and began to build Ground Up Radio into an Internet radio station.</p>
<p>With a span over 10 years of work and experience, Ground Up Radio has covered the culture of hip hop and featured some of its most stand out figures.
